The Bombay Busserie is a husband and wife run project. Having been involved in French renovation projects in Dordogne, loire, Vendee and lot et Garonne over the past fifteen years, we realized how difficult it was to satisfy that occasional need for an authentic Indian (Brit-style) curry.
We both love French cuisine – make no mistake. I was a chef for many years owning French restaurants in London and Devon, before turning to developing property in France. We have lived in both countries, and know that the occasional call for curry cannot be long ignored.
